[asterisk-gui] Ring Groups/Call Queues

A ring group is exactly has it sounds.  When a call hits a ring group it
rings the phone specified for however many seconds you specify while the
caller is ringing on the other end.

With a call queue. The caller will hear music on hold while Asterisk rings
agents that are members of queue.  Check out voip-info.org for more detailed
info or google for the "Asterisk: The future of Telephony" 2nd ed. book
(it's free).  It's a great resource.
