[asterisk-gui] cannot log in to the GUI

Oops, sorry, lemme explain a bit about svn. When you checkout a repo, svn makes a '.svn' folder in every folder (and sub folder) that that checkout makes. These folders give the svn command information on how to manage your checkout. That said, to use any svn command such as: svn up, svn diff, svn status, etc etc. you need to be inside your root repo directory, which in your case is 'asterisk-gui'. So cd to asterisk-gui and then run svn up. If you've done it correctly it'll end with something like this:

does it matter what directory i am in? I am running it as root.
