[asterisk-gui] Configuration using GUI

OK, bkruse not a knock on you as you have helped me many times (thanks) 
but lets define "catch all".

The 2 I have set up on the Asterisk GUI are "s" and "_X.".

The dreaded "s" got me for a while because I was not listening to what 
the CLI was telling me.  Set verbosity up a bit I do that calling the 
CLI with -rvvvvvvvvvvvvvv and make a call and watch.   Where is it 
trying to send the call?
