[asterisk-gui] help, MOH upload files doesn't work, voice menu prompts can't upload files either!

i did not see any script errors.
asterisk cli did not show any errors.
when i click upload button,it shows 'sound file uploaded'.
but,the asterisk cli and script just show like this:

Do you see any javascript errors? Or any errors in Asterisk CLI?

hi all,
my asterisk and GUI versions:
asterisk:1.6.1 beta 4
gui:2.0

but can't upload files,MOH and prompts.
it says files uploaded,but i can't find.
could some one help me ?
