[asterisk-gui] Speaking of ToDO lists ...

It looks like if we wanted to do anything close to this it would first have to be supported in Asterisk. Which was what I thought might be the case in the first place. Sorry.

Why not do a wattage detection to see if power is on the line instead 
of hearing it...
