[asterisk-gui] Sections default to closed on status page?

Yea, loading that many conferences would probably cause that. If I'm not mistaken I do quite a bit of jQuery DOM searches in the loadConferences function. It could probably be optimized a good bit if those were stored.

Cool. Thanks! Maybe once I get this system up and working, I can 
assist with that.

About 60 extensions, 100 or so conferences. It takes a while to get 
loaded, maybe 30 seconds or so. Once loaded, the performance is 
pretty good. The sections open and close quickly, and the status on 
extensions updates right away.
