[asterisk-gui] Sections default to closed on status page?

Cool. Thanks! Maybe once I get this system up and working, I can
assist with that.

About 60 extensions, 100 or so conferences. It takes a while to get
loaded, maybe 30 seconds or so. Once loaded, the performance is
pretty good. The sections open and close quickly, and the status on
extensions updates right away.
