[asterisk-gui] How to call custom Macros with Astersk GUI 2.0 ?

I also ran into this problem. In fact it is worse than Christoph suggests...
if you go in and manually edit the extensions.conf file then none of the
[custom] changes are reflected in the GUI and in fact can be *erased* by the
gui.  I opened a bug report related to this...
