[asterisk-gui] Ver 2.0 of the GUI for Asterisk 1.6

Many thanks for that info... I'll hold off on setting up 1.6 until the GUI is out then...

If it was a search and replace and just tidy up command syntax would have had a go at making a patch myself, but if its an automatic detection then that might be beyond my js coding.

Yes.

Well, there have been some discussions on exactly how to handle it
(whether to do an
alias for the checking, or to detect that on install and use the SESSION
data for the
Asterisk version, etc etc)

I would say probably 3-4 weeks, because it will be mandatory for some
other projects :)
