[asterisk-gui] updating 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 failed using pbx menu

Last night tried updating 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 using the pbx menu its self -
all i get was the 'change request..' (ish) left it all night and still
saving it - got an email for the RAA system

This must of arrived 10 mins after i started the update process but
didn't tell the pbx it failed so the pbx was still
still saying 'change request...'


i will now try and update by logging into the RAA and using the system
update command
