[asterisk-gui] Setup for internal isdn telephones with the asterisk gui

setup of the b410p works now by setting the trunks from the mISDN menu.
But it's not possible at the moment to setup internal isdn ports. It
would be really helpful to have to option "has mISDN" in the users menu
to set the
Dial command like "Dial(mISDN/g:trunk_isdn_internal/35)". This must be
done manually in the extensions.conf at the moment.

Yes, i think the best way to integrate it would be an aditional
selection for mISDN internal phones like the "Analog Phone" menu
for all mISDN ports in NT-mode
