[asterisk-gui] PRI with HDB3 and CRC4

Please update, we do NOT use zaptel.conf.zapscan.

Besides, that line should be written:
span=2,1,0,ccs,crc4,hdb3
and NOT:
span=2,1,0,ccs,CRC4/HDB3

Please update asteriskNOW and/or the asterisk-gui (from the 
branches/asterisknow repo)
