[asterisk-gui] PRI with HDB3 and CRC4

Hi list:

I think that there is a bug in the parser of zaptel.conf.zapscan of
asterisk-gui.

On Setup Hardware section, I select that my pri is CCS,HDB3,CRC4. But when I
reboot as needed, again the pri is unconfigured. I checked
zaptel.conf.zapscan, and the line is:

span=2,1,0,ccs,CRC4/HDB3

this format is incorrect cause zaptel again shows as unconfigured.
