[asterisk-gui] Recorded Voice menus

However, if the read/write permissions are not in place for
/var/lib/asterisk/static-http, or you are not allowed to execute system
commands and output to /var/lib/asterisk/static-http (with listfiles
for example) then you will have this problem.
