[asterisk-gui] IAX and SIP

This, is not the GUI's fault.
It is coming in as 'teliax' instead of your username, therefore the gui
cannot match it.
I would suggest using one of the service providers recommended, they all
work.
however, with a little tweaking, you could get this to work easily.
