[asterisk-gui] service provider list empty

Hello List,

v. 2.0.4 asterisk-gui

When trying to add an service provider,when i click on add and the
service provider dialog box pops up it is empty. This is my first few
times using the gui for this and I am assuming their should be a few
entries in here?  ipcomms..?
Also I still see some errors in firefbug, AKA: Errors:1, when browsing
to different modules of asterisk-gui? Problem is FB always now says 'too
many entries' max size,,,something>?
