[asterisk-gui] Adding new service providers to providers.conf not possible

Providers.conf came from asterisk gui as a list of settings for the default providers the GUI wanted to configure.  Asterisk itself you would have manually configured the providers in sip.conf or iax.conf (or now users.conf).  Best to forget about it if your using GUI 2.x
