[asterisk-gui] Call Queue

Yep. This is what I did and it works like I wanted. Now I disabled voice
mail on the extensions but how do you make it dial an outside line to
transfer to the answering service if no one answers in x amount of time? I
played with a few things nothing worked though.

well, the gui makes an entry in users.conf
which is then parsed and an extension
is mapped to each, so you could MANUALLY
do it from feditor.html or edit extensions.conf

and just do

exten => 3,1,Dial(SIP/1234&SIP/4123&IAX2/blah)
