[asterisk-gui] Minor install bug: no providers.conf created

Just installed 1.4.0 with asterisk-gui (trunk), followed the
instructions, and could not access or create new providers.
Copied providers.conf.sample into /etc/asterisk and things worked.

Suggestion one:
 (a) installation of asterisk-gui ought to copy over the providers.conf
file;
 (b) the GUI itself ought to detect a missing providers.conf and either
create it or display a useful message.
