[asterisk-gui] sip problems

Hello,

 

I am answering part of my own, I went and did some manual editing of the
config files and put the insecure = 5060, INVITE in the config and now the
system accepts incoming calls.

 

However now I have a problem getting our outbound calls to go out via the
sip trunk. I been trying some manual editing as well and no luck. With
debugging on it appears that the outbound is not trying to use the trunk but
looks like it is looking for the number locally. I have tried various
calling rules with no luck. What calling rules do I need to make an outside
call using my sip trunk?

I just bought 5 sip trunks from bandwidth.com and when setting up the
provider it required a username and password, however they do not support
username/password they authenticate off acl. I just entered aa and aa to
save it however I can not get or make calls via the trunks.
