[asterisk-gui] asterisk-gui install

I'm an absolute newcomer to the whole Asterisk PBX world and have been
trying to get asterisk-gui installed and running to make the initial
configuration a bit more manageable. We have Asterisk Business Edition
ABE-B.1-3. I'm also new to the subversion way of downloading things.

What I am seeing is exactly as described in issue 8951
(http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=8951), however, nothing I've done has
changed anything. I've tried re-installing no less than 5 times and always
with the same result. I've tried different revisions including 311 as
mentioned in the issue above. 

I've also noticed when viewing the source for a couple of the pages it
refers to "../../rawman" and "asterisk_rawmanPath". I see that as referring
to a file named rawman which I should find in the config directory, yet I
can find nothing named rawman on the system. Is that what's keeping this
from working and if so, where do I get it? I can't find anything about it
doing a web search either.
