[asterisk-gui] 404 Errors / Logon issues

Hi Ronald,

you can try commit 178. Or just copy the
'setup' folder from your previous svn checkout
to /var/lib/asterisk/static-http/config/

you need a /var/lib/asterisk/static-http/config/setup/
with all the setup files in that folder.
