[asterisk-doc] I am new to asterisk..Please help me..

Alan,

He was helping Ganash by pointing him to the proper forum for help. As has
been mentioned several times, this list is for documentation, not support.
The general asterisk-users list provides support for asterisk, so why
doesn't it make sense to point him there? It's like someone asking about
stereo in a forum for surround sound users. Sure, someone might be able to
help you there. But it makes more sense to send him to where it's almost
certain that someone will be able to help him.
