[Asterisk-doc] Is the project dead?

I wouldn't call it dead, just busy. Most of the developers are adding
features faster than they can be noted by others. http://voip-info.org
keeps up to date.
My suggestions would be to do a help from the CLI and translate that,
submit it to the list, that would be a start.
