[Asterisk-doc] channel drivers vs configuration files

Morning guys,

actually, doctoring around in the H.2. section (ISDN cards) i've been thinking
about a bit of a misconception of the whole thing.

Actually chapter 3 should changed, and instead of taking one configuration file
after the other, it should be an explanation of each kernel-module,
channel-driver , app, cdr etc.

Instead of we should then maybe put a reference list in the appendix, where the
reader can find out, to which module what configuration file belongs.

I think that makes more sense.

Any other suggestions, arguments against that ?
