Actually, I agree with everything you said in this email Steven,
especially the signalling which in the configs is 'll'.

Thanks for pointing this out.  Unfortunately I am in the middle of a
move and will be unable to fix it myself in the CVS, but I would give my
"yay" vote for you commiting any of the above changes which you may
happen to fix to CVS yourself.
