[Asterisk-doc] blitzrage is moving back to Toronto

Hey all,

Just wanted to send a quick note that I will be moving over the next
couple of days, so if you don't see me online, don't worry, I didn't get
hit by a bus on New Years :)

So I will be offline for a couple of days, but figure I'll be back up
and running sometime either late Saturday or early Sunday morning.  If
you need to get a hold of me, shoot me an email, and I will get it as
soon as I get Internet back up and running.

If you really need me, you can reach me on my cell phone, but I don't
see why you would need me that despritley :)
