[Asterisk-doc] asterisk to Nortel connection documentation

I have created a tiny little document (~7 pages of meat, including pictures
and stuff) about my experience of integrating a Norstar MICS with *.  I have
made the pdf version available for download at
http://www.eyecarenow.com/asterisk but if there's interest, I can send the
OpenOffice doc and/or the screen shots.

To be honest, I don't really know where to start in contributing to the
asterisk documentation project.  What format is everything written in?  How
can I help?
