I've started to look at this a bit as well.  Looking good so far, I'm
just going to keep going with what you are doing.  I've been working on
adding in other submissions today, so I didn't have MUCH time to work on
Appendix 3 (I however did make a few minor changes which can be seen
from the CVS posting to the mailing list earlier today.. or I guess..
yesterday it was...)

I think I fixed a couple of TODO's and made a few comments under your's
to try and help clarify anything I found the answer to.  Like I said.. I
didn't get MUCH done on it :)

Christmas thing tomorrow.. but mostly just the afternoon... after supper
I should be able to add some more to the docs!
