[Asterisk-doc] Appendix 3 is now complete

Hi,

Can someone give me specific instructions on pulling the doc module from CVS?

I've done:
# export CVSROOT=:pserver:anoncvs@cvs.digium.com:/usr/cvsroot
# cvs login
answered password prompt with anoncvs OK

# cd /usr/src
# cvs checkout doc
cvs server: cannot find module `doc' - ignored
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules

# cd /usr/src/asterisk
# cvs update
Updated all of the asterisk module, including the doc subdirectory OK but
nothing there looks remotely like what is being discussed on this list.
