Note for reviewers:

This patch will break ABI, and can't be backported as-is. Once approved, cherry-picked versions will be put up for the rest of the branches in Asterisk that still receive releases. In those cases, ABI will be maintained and we'll simply not bother printing out the bogus Version string.
