[asterisk-dev] Asterisk 13 branched

Hey all -

As you may have noticed [1], Asterisk 13 has been branched. In a short
while (hopefully in the next day or two), we'll be making the first
beta release of Asterisk 13.

As a result, the merge order for Asterisk branches has changed. The
new merge order in SVN branches is:

1.8 => 11
11 => 12
12 => 13
13 => trunk

repotools has been updated. Please be sure to update your checkout of
repotools, and re-install so that the new svnmerge symlinks are
created:

$ ./configure
$ make
$ make install

Over the next few days, we'll get the documentation on the wiki
updated, CHANGES and UPGRADE notes cleaned up, and the tarball put up
on the download site.
