[asterisk-dev] Bug: Queue calls delivered out of order ( Fee for fix offered )

there's a patch available at:
https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-17732

Sadly, that patch isn't applicable to latest 1.8, but the concept is still
there.
