Ok, but we have planned to use softphone (BRIA) and old cisco phones (7940/41/60) from the previous solutions, and not buy or replace them for the next months...

There are some SIP-phones (e.g. Snom) that can supply their on MOH, or get the music from from an arbitrary server. Have a look at your phones as this is the easiest solution.
