Review request for Asterisk Developers.

Bugs: ASTERISK-21754
    https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/ASTERISK-21754

Repository: testsuite

Description
-------

Modify BridgeTestCase to handle the events generated by the new bridging architecture and get the simple_bridge test into a working condition with additional tests for AMI Bridge* events. The CEL tests have been commented out for the time being since the CEL log is missing events that will be restored when the Stasis-Core CEL work is completed.

This also adds a new test (tests/manager/bridge_actions) based on a simplified simple_bridge test that tests bridge-related AMI actions BridgeInfo and BridgeList to ensure proper functionality.

This code will remain in testsuite/asterisk/team/group/bridge_construction until bridge_construction is merged into Asterisk trunk.
