I don't think we should backport the entire patch to 1.8/10. The fact
that it broke the SDP_offer_answer test in the Test Suite was because it
changed the behaviour of Asterisk with how it considered what was an
acceptable SDP offer. While I think the behavioural change was the
correct thing to do, it could be rather jarring in a release branch.
I'm fine if this aspect of that patch is backported - but we'd want to
be careful not to introduce a major behavioural change in 1.8/10.
