[asterisk-dev] ATS installation failure

I've installed Asterisk and the test suite. Everything worked per
the wiki's instructions until the final step in the ATS installation.
I ran runtests.py and got this output:

$ ./runtests.py -l
Asterisk Version: SVN-trunk-r369167


Configured tests:

      --> Summary: Check to see if the Asterisk binary has been installed
      --> Minimum Version: 1.8.0.0 (True)
      --> Dependency: bash -- Met: True

AttributeError: TestConfig instance has no attribute 'skips'

Any suggestions?
