I updated https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Modules with some
examples.  Can everyone take a quick look, add your comments.  Yes
Russell's comment about Doxygen is old but still valid.  I will use
the wiki content to create example code in the Doxygen documentation.
