[asterisk-dev] Making Doxygen Happy - Issue and Diff

I created a ticket/issue[1] and uploaded a diff[2] to make Doxygen
happier.  The Doxygen config file needed updated first and then the
files.   These few thousand code updates remove better than 80% of the
issues.  I spent a few hours on this and tested it myself.
Developers, look for changes in your areas and please don't copy and
paste documentation tags.  As a side note Doxygen is great at tracking
code quality.
