As for the limitation of resources, when we initial set-up the build 
infrastructure for this, we used internal Digium hardware, only 
accessible behind the VPN.  At the time, this was the easiest way to do 
it.  However, the downside it required the user to have Digium 
credentials for the internal VPN.

Since leaving, I no longer have access too it.  I've set-up my own 
personal build farm, and I think Tzafir has access to his own build 
servers too.  Launchpad.net also has PPA's available for people to use, 
so moving to it is an options too.  However, I'm not away of a _free_ 
solution for Debian.
