[asterisk-dev] Can't view issue ASTERISK-19122

Hi.  I submitted issue ASTERISK-18929, which was cloned as ASTERISK-19122.
But when I log in and try to view ASTERISK-19122, I'm directed to
	https://issues.asterisk.org/jira/browse/SWP-4131
where I am told, "Permission Violation   It seems that you have tried to
perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform."

Can anyone tell me why this is?  I admit I'm not on intimate terms with
JIRA.  Thanks.
