The 4th of 10 machines I ran that particular update, failed to come back 
after reboot, I'm still waiting to get it rebooted and ipkvm attached so 
I can see what's happening at the console. I've stopped updating the 
rest when I saw that, and I'm currently trying the following updates on 
a test server:

   kmod-dahdi-linux.x86_64 0:2.5.0-1_centos5.2.6.18_238.19.1.el5
   kmod-dahdi-linux-fwload-vpmadt032.x86_64 
0:2.5.0-1_centos5.2.6.18_238.19.1.el5

If they do not manifest with the same error, I'll update the problematic 
server and report back.
