I imagine at the very least this would prevent any VPMADT032 support for
wcte12xp or wctdm24xxp based cards to load.

What I would be more concerned about is what happened during the update that
prevented the compile from finding those symbols which are exported in the
dahdi_voicebus module.

Are you able to install form source?
