[asterisk-dev] 16khz/8khz Translation path

Looking at the translation in 1.8, asterisk uses G722 between SLIN and
SLIN16 and back... I saw that codec_resample was not compiled because the
non-included resample library was not installed. I built libresample and
now codec_resample is correctly installed.

But G722 still shows as the fastest path. If I unload G722 then the
direct SLIN/SLIN16 translation is used (codec_resample).

Has anyone else looked into this?
