[asterisk-dev] confuse with this syntax: int gsm_decode P3((s, c, target), gsm s, gsm_byte * c, gsm_signal * target)

I guess this should be the old version C syntax.
Why use such syntax?
why not just write as: int gsm_decode (gsm s, gsm_byte * c, gsm_signal *
target)
