[asterisk-dev] ExternalIVR with sockets on release 1.6.2.0

That's very odd. I don't think there's anything special that should be
done. It should be using the same playback mechanisms as the rest of
Asterisk. The audio handling is done outside of ExternalIVR as far as
I know... Kevin?
