[asterisk-dev] Asterisk 1.8 Merge Window

I have a few patches against 1.4 that I've been meaning to port to trunk and
submit. Here's a list
* app_queue: add manager events to various queue entry status changes
(waiting turn, saying position, waiting to retry, periodic announcement,
that sort of thing). Useful to answer the question "why isn't this call in
the queue ringing anyone?".
* app_queue: Make it so the agent always gets the full ring time, extending
the queue timeout if required. This avoids an issue with agents getting half
rings because calls about to time out start ringing an agent.
* app_queue: device state patches that all two special prefixes to monitor
either an agent is logged in, and whether an agent is paused. This lets you
have a busy lamp field on your phone that lights when up when you're logged
in, and another that lights up when you're paused.
* app_queue: If two queues have the same weight and there's one agent
available and two callers in different queues, let the caller who has been
waiting longest get the call.
* app_queue: A pair of manager commands to mute and umute moh and any
announcements the caller normally gets while waiting. Designed to be used
with chanspy's barge feature to "triage" a waiting call.
* A patch to AMI's 'Action: Status' to optionally include all channel
variables.
* chan_local: add a manager command to ask a /n local channel to masq out of
the way.
