The cid-name (sip displayname) is always utf8 so I suppose you could
regard the character set to be the utf code page but this is integral to
utf8 so I am happy with this

The cid-num (sip uri user portion) can contain "%" HEXDIG HEXDIG. It is
not clear to me whether this is utf8 or a character set from iso8859 and
if the latter where is the sip uri encoding specified

Can someone enlighten me please
