Debian / CentOS (with good results).  At this point, testing of other
OS (BSD, Solaris, various Linux) should be all that is required.
Primary documentation has been created, adding notes on how to create
an 'asterisk' system user still needs to be added.  I was considering
handling that logic within asterisk, however that will have to wait
for another day.

So if anybody has a few minutes to spare, try out
http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/pabelanger/non-root/ and
report your results.
