That's why I added that if anything should be done, then it would  
probably be adding ast_cdr_failed() to pbx_builtin_congestion() which  
would then produce:

"","","test","default","","Console/ 
dsp","","Congestion","0","2010-02-02 17:45:19",,"2010-02-02 17:45:19", 
0,0,"FAILED","DOCUMENTATION","1265132719.0",""

Is there any reason that would not be sufficient?
